JetstreamMX LLC (“JetstreamMX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides 24/7 mobile AOG maintenance and on-site diagnostics for business and corporate aviation. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information that we process in connection with our website, landing pages, forms, and related services (collectively, the “Site”)
1) Information We Collect and How We Collect It
A. Information you provide directly
When you submit website forms (including “Request AOG,” “Request a Quote,” and “Work Authorization”) or otherwise contact JetstreamMX, we may collect your name, contact details, company or operator information, role, aircraft tail number and type, airport and FBO, ETA/ETD, and any notes you choose to provide.
To support AOG and maintenance services, you may also send operational documentation such as discrepancy descriptions, photos or videos of issues, maintenance tracking reports, work cards, MEL information, prior RTS or logbook references, and parts trace or airworthiness documents.
When you pay an invoice using our payment links or portals, your card or ACH details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processors such as Intuit or QuickBooks Payments. JetstreamMX does not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain only limited billing details needed for accounting, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and compliance.
If you communicate with us by phone, email, text, or similar channels, we collect the content of those communications, related metadata, and any voicemails or call recordings where legally permitted.
If you apply to work with JetstreamMX, we collect the information you submit during recruiting and onboarding, including your résumé, licensing and certification details such as FAA A&P information, work history, and other application-related information.
B. Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, and timestamps of your visits.
We also use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics including tools such as Google Analytics, advertising and attribution including Google, Bing, and LinkedIn, call-tracking numbers, and overall site performance. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where legally required, through our on-site consent banner.
C. Information from third parties
We may receive information from third-party vendors and platforms that help operate our business and website, including payment processors, analytics tools, CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Apollo, document and e-signature platforms such as DocuSign, communications and call-tracking providers, and cloud service providers.
Where appropriate to validate aircraft or operator information, we may reference public and industry sources such as FAA or airworthiness databases and public registries.
2) How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide and improve our services, including responding to AOG requests, triaging issues, dispatching technicians, preparing quotes and work authorizations, completing on-site diagnostics and repairs, and issuing RTS documentation.
We use information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and optimize the Site and related integrations, and to communicate with you, including confirming requests, providing status updates, sending invoices and receipts, and responding to questions.
We use information to process payments and manage accounting, including issuing invoices, processing transactions, managing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining tax and financial records.
We use information to support safety, compliance, and recordkeeping obligations, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements such as FAA, TSA, OSHA, and record retention expectations, and to maintain accurate service histories and logbook references.
We may use information for B2B marketing to business contacts where permitted by law, including sending relevant updates about JetstreamMX services, and we honor opt-out requests.
For recruiting and HR, we use information to evaluate candidates, verify credentials such as FAA A&P certificates, and maintain records consistent with applicable law.
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases include performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests such as service delivery, safety, security, and B2B marketing, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required, including for certain cookies or marketing.
3) How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share personal information with service providers and processors that perform services for us, including hosting and cloud storage providers, analytics tools, CRM and marketing platforms, payment processors, e-signature and document platforms, call, chat, and SMS services, ticketing and dispatch tools, and professional advisors. These parties process data on our instructions and are contractually required to protect it.
At your direction, we may share information with operational partners needed to fulfill an AOG request or repair, including your operator, flight department, FBO or MRO partners, parts vendors, and other parties involved in parts traceability, logistics, and documentation.
We may share information when required by law or regulation, in response to lawful requests, and to protect rights, safety, aircraft or asset integrity, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
We may share information in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or dissolution, subject to standard confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.
4) Data Security Practices
We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These include access controls and least-privilege practices that restrict access to customer data and operational documentation, encryption in transit using TLS and at rest where supported by our platforms, vendor due diligence that favors reputable providers with strong security programs, and commercially reasonable monitoring and incident response processes.
No system is completely secure. If we believe your data was affected by a breach that creates a risk of harm, we will notify you and, where required, regulators in accordance with applicable law.
5) Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including retention of service, operational, and accounting records for periods required by tax, accounting, and commercial laws.
Aviation-related records, including operational and maintenance information, may be retained to support safety, airworthiness, traceability, and regulatory compliance, including FAA recordkeeping expectations under Parts 43, 91, 135, and related guidance, and in connection with RTS documentation and related communications.
We retain information as needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or to comply with investigations and audits.
Marketing-related data is generally kept until you opt out or until it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
6) Your Privacy Rights and Choices
A. Email and marketing
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send transactional or service-related emails such as dispatch, work authorization, and invoicing communications.
B. Cookies and tracking
You can manage cookies via your browser settings and, where available, via our consent banner. Some features of the Site may not function properly without certain cookies. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals at this time.
C. Access, update, delete, or restrict processing
If you are an EEA, UK, or Swiss resident, you may have rights under GDPR or UK GDPR to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
If you are a US resident in a state with a comprehensive privacy law such as California, Connecticut, or similar, you may have rights to know and access certain information, request correction or deletion, and opt out of certain “sales,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. JetstreamMX does not sell personal information as that term is defined in these laws. We will honor applicable opt-out rights for cross-context behavioral advertising if our Site uses such tools.
To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@jetstreammx.com and include your name, contact information, request type, and your relationship to us. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests as permitted by applicable law.
7) Children’s Data
Our Site and services are intended for business and corporate aviation professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, or a higher age where required by local law. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact privacy@jetstreammx.com and we will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
8) International Data Transfers
JetstreamMX LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms for such transfers.
9) Industry-Specific Disclosures (Aviation)
For aviation safety and airworthiness, certain documentation such as discrepancy descriptions, photos, MEL deferrals, due lists, and parts trace may be necessary to diagnose issues, complete repairs, and issue RTS documentation. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may affect turnaround times or regulatory compliance.
We may retain and process aircraft and maintenance-related data as reasonably necessary to support FAA, TSA, OSHA, and other applicable regulatory expectations, compliance checks, audits, investigations, insurance requirements, and similar obligations.
You should avoid sending export-controlled, classified, or other highly sensitive proprietary information unless it is strictly necessary for your service request. If secure transfer is required, contact us to request a secure transfer method
10) Third-Party Sites, Tools, and Payments
The Site may link to or embed third-party services such as analytics tools, CRM and marketing forms, e-signature platforms, and payment pages. Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy terms and policies.
For payments, your card or ACH information is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors. We receive limited information such as transaction status and partial card details for reconciliation, dispute handling, and accounting.
11) Legal Disclosures by Region
A. California (CCPA/CPRA)
In the past 12 months, we have collected identifiers such as name, email, and phone number; commercial information such as transaction details; internet or activity data such as usage and device information; professional or employment-related information such as company and role; and in some cases approximate geolocation derived from IP address. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics.
We collect and use these categories of information for the purposes described in Sections 2 and 3 and from the sources described in Section 1.
We do not sell personal information. We may use limited cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. You can manage these via cookie controls and applicable opt-out mechanisms. We retain information as described in Section 5.
California residents may have rights to know and access certain information, request deletion, request correction, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information if applicable, and opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
B. EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR and UK GDPR)
For individuals in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, JetstreamMX LLC is the controller of personal data processed through the Site. You can contact us at privacy@jetstreammx.com. Our legal bases for processing include contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where required.
Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, though we encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns.
C. Other US state laws
For other US states with privacy laws such as Connecticut, Colorado, Virginia, and Utah, we will honor applicable privacy rights consistent with Sections 6 and 11A, subject to any limitations and exemptions under those laws.
12) Your Choices for B2B Marketing
We primarily communicate with business contacts using business email addresses associated with aviation operations. You can opt out of B2B marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our messages or by emailing privacy@jetstreammx.com.
